the apartment had an unpleasant smell like a wet dog, and don't even get me started on the shower—water barely dripped out! after all that, you’d think I'd get complimentary breakfast, but no, we were ignored for 25 minutes. I almost wrote a positive review, but the lack of basic courtesy sealed the deal.

Great outdoor pools, perfect for family fun!

We faced significant issues during our stay. First, there was no Wi-Fi in our apartment, which made it extremely frustrating to stay connected. the room wasn't cleaned during our entire five-night stay, and we were not provided any basic cleaning supplies, leading to a very uncomfortable experience. To top it off, the shower had poor water pressure and flooded the bathroom floor—absolutely unacceptable for a place claiming to be a family-friendly resort.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the on-site tennis courts, pools, and the free shuttle into town. Daily activities like beach volleyball kept things lively. The animations were so much fun, and we loved exploring local spots like a golf club nearby. The kids’ playground was a hit too!

It was a bit annoying not to have a market for essentials, which made our first day a hassle as we couldn't get basic things right away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Residence Eden. The little apartments were tidy and comfortable, offering a spacious balcony perfect for relaxing. The free shuttle service into Peschiera was incredibly convenient for exploring the local restaurants and shops, truly enhancing our experience.

The furniture is a bit old, particularly the sofa beds, and the bedding feels worn out. No dishwashing supplies provided for self-catering, which is inconvenient during checkout. A 100 euros guarantee for cleaning and trash disposal feels unnecessary and should definitely be mentioned upfront. WiFi only available in common areas and not in the apartments, which is disappointing. towels and bed linens changed only upon request and not as part of standard service, which is less than ideal for a longer stay.

Residence Eden was fantastic for our family getaway! The huge outdoor pools, bubbling hot tub, and fun waterslide kept the kids entertained for hours. We also enjoyed the excellent shuttle service into Peschiera, making exploring the beautiful Lake Garda a breeze.
